Casa Leo may only be
rented in its entirety by the night for a minimum of at least 4
nights, though there are some exceptions. A maximum of 2 guests
per bedroom are allowed.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include
all taxes. Prices do not include gratuities to staff.
Discounted rates given on
stays of 7 days or longer, excluding Holiday Season.
CONDITIONS
 A
deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid upon making the reservation.
Balance of full cost payable 30 days prior to arrival. A fully
refundable security deposit is due when the final payment is made.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Should a cancellation of a reservation
occur at any time up to 30 days prior to arrival, a refund of up
to 30% of the reservation's deposit may be forthcoming. No refunds
for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
